7.4K Run White and Blue Training Program

 

                                                                                                                                                            

 

This program is for runners and run/walkers of all paces.  Our ten week program begins Tuesday, April 25th, 2023.  We meet two times weekly, Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:15 am.  We will meet at Fleet Feet Huntersville, as well as other locations including Davidson and the Huntersville Business Park (where the race will take place).

The Run, White and Blue 7.4K is on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 and benefits various veteran charities in the area (race entry not included in the cost of the training program).

 What is the cost of the Program? $74

Cost includes: Coaching two days a week with a detailed training plan; great opportunity to meet running, run/walking, and walking partners; Introduction to running routes on area trails and neighborhoods.

Information Session: Tuesday, April 18th, 2023; 6:00 pm, Fleet Feet Huntersville

 Must be 18 years or older to participate and run or run/walk 2 miles at a comfortable pace.  For the Walking Pace - complete 2 miles comfortably at an 18 min pace.
