Run A Mile Training Program
Program Start: Check back in Fall 2026. Registration Closed.
Description: Ready to take the first step toward a healthier, more active you? Over the course of four weeks, you'll build confidence and fitness as you train for a one-mile run---at your own pace.
Each week, you'll join coached group workouts where a supportive coach and mentor will lead you through warmups, guide you along the route, and finish with a post-run cool down. We'll offer different pace groups, including run-walk intervals, walking, and running, so you can find the level that feels right for you.
This program is also a fantastic gateway into future training programs and longer distances---your journey starts here!
