What is our 5K Training Program?
Our 10-week 5K training program begins Tuesday, March 3, 2020 and is designed for the beginner or intermediate runner or run/walker to complete your first or faster 5K!
There will be several running pace groups as well as run/walk interval pace groups.
We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30 am.
Our goal race is the Right Moves for Youth 5K on Friday, May 8th.
The cost of the program is $110 and includes a technical shirt, coach-led workouts two days per week, a detailed training plan and a great opportunity to meet people with your same goals! Clinic topics may include Running Form, Injury Prevention, Cross Training, Nutrition, Race Preparation, and more!

Cost of the race is not included in the program. Must be 15 years or older to participate with a parent, 18 years or older to participate on your own.
