What is our 10K Training Program?
Our 12 week program is perfect for those looking to run or run/walk their first mid-distance race, looking to better their finish time from a previously completed mid-distance race, or just need some motivation and inspiration to get out there and move!
Our 10K Program starts on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023
We offer you guidance from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, and educational information on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment!
We meet Tuesday evenings at 6:15 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:15 am. Our goal race is the Huntersville Hustle 10K on Saturday, December 9th, 2023.
The cost of the program is $100 and includes a technical shirt, coach-led workouts two days per week, a detailed training plan, and a great opportunity to meet people with your same goals!
