This is the group for you!!!
This group will train on hills and the track to help make you a better, stronger runner. Plus, it gives you a reason to get out and run on those hot summer days!
The best part? This group is FREE!
The Hills and Drills summer speed series will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm, and Saturday mornings at 7am.
Tuesday and Thursday runs will alternate between hills and speed work. Saturdays will be a long run at an easy pace consisting of 4-7 miles.
Starts Tuesday, June 4th at Fleet Feet Hickory
