These latex free resistance bands can be used in a variety of ways to increase muscular strength and endurance. Commonly used as part of injury rehabilitation, resistance bands also play a role in injury prevention. Use the bands to strengthen the ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. We carry two colors each indicating a different level of resistance; orange = low to medium resistance and blue = medium to high resistance
