The Medi-Dyne ProStretch is helpful in stretching the muscles of the calf, the gastrocnemius and soleus, as well as the plantar aspect of the foot (arch). This device holds the ankle in alignment to ensure that the targeted muscles are being stretched throughout a full range of motion. The ProStretch is helpful in treating common conditions such as calf strains, Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, as well as relief from tight sore muscles after a run or a day spent in high heels!
