Foot Rubz

Foot Rubz are used to stretch the muscles and fascia of the arch of the foot. By stepping on this massage ball, applying pressure with your body weight, and rolling them along the length of the arch from heel to toes, you can effectively loosen the structures that become tight and cause pain.
