Do you feel the need for speed? Join us for a free, socially-responsible coached track workout presented by Fleet Feet Hartford and West Hartford Leisure Services at the Conard High School Track on Thursday evenings this summer. Warm up starts at 6:15pm, workout starts at 6:30pm. With three pace groups (beginner, intermediate and advanced), these workouts are open to all abilities, ages and fitness levels.
Track workouts aren't about beating others; it's about challenging yourself to be faster than you were before. These high-intensity track workouts will help you become a faster, stronger and more efficient runner.
Workouts are free, but limited to 30 participants. You must pre-register via this link to reserve your spot.
Participants will be required to wear a mask pre and post workout and will be grouped into smaller units during the workout to support proper social distancing.
