Surfs up! Join us and Mizuno for a fun run and ride the wave‑plate.

Mizuno will be here with three MIZUNO WAVE® plate shoes, each offering a unique ride you can test on your walk or run. Try the NEW Wave Rider 30 for smooth cushioning, the Wave Inspire 21 for added stability and the Neo Vista 3 for a fast, responsive feel with nitrogen‑infused cushioning.

After your run or walk, cool off with blue drinks, sea‑inspired snacks and great company. 

All paces are welcome to run or walk with us. Choose a 1–2 mile or 3–4 mile route. When you arrive, sign in, grab a printed route and join the group warm‑up at 6pm in front of our Glastonbury store.
