Join us for two fun runs celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Get your miles in with the community and enjoy Jarritos sodas and Mexican candy afterward.

With fall training underway, staying strong and injury‑free is key. On Wednesday in West Hartford, Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers will be onsite offering free 15‑minute injury assessments and treatments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Time slots run from 5:30–7:30pm at the store. Sign up in person the night of to reserve your 15‑minute session.

All paces are welcome. When you arrive, sign in, grab a printed route, and join the group warm‑up in front of the store.
