We're going on the Road!

Join us at 5:30pm on November 29th at The Performance Lab (635 New Park Ave Unit 4B, West Hartford) for a Community Fun Run with a lot of perks!! Before we run, check out the Normatec Compression Boots, Infrared Sauna, and Cryotherapy for a $30 fee. There is no charge for the run and The Performance Lab is offering free PT consultation, Dry Needling and Soft Tissue Work before and after the run.

And if that wasn't amazing enough, we'll be joined by our friends at lululemon in West Farms with some truly incredible giveaways! The first finisher of the 5k course will win a free item from lululemon (up to a $100 value). We'll also be raffling off  additional lululemon items of your choice (up to a $100 value) to 2 lucky runners or walkers.

We'll have a 5k route and a 1.5(ish) mile route for anyone looking for shorter distance or wanting to walk.

The run will start at 6:15pm BUT show up early and check out all the awesome services that The Performance Lab has to offer. We do ask that folks RSVP so we can make sure to have enough staff on hand so that nobody has to miss out on the awesome services from The Performance Lab. Also, please indicate if you want to take advantage of the $30 recovery package. We will be collecting payment at the Performance Lab.
