Mother Earth Brewing Ironclad 13.1 Training Program

Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am at Fleet Feet Greenville
Program Fee: $100 Early Bird Pricing through 7/4/23. $120 Regular Price
Description: The half marathon is one of the most-loved race distances around the country and for good reason! It requires a mix of endurance and speed, of strategy and grit. It's a benchmark distance for many runners and a tried-and-true fitness test in the build up for longer races.
Join Coach Philip Peedin for this training program where we will meet in-person on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am at Fleet Feet Greenville. You will receive homework to complete on your own throughout the week as well to arrive at this 13.1 distance safely and effectively. This Training Program is leading up to Mother Earth Brewing Ironclad Half Marathon in Kinston on 10/21/23!
