Fontandango 10 miler
Do you love hitting the trails as much as pounding the pavement? We 10 mile race training group for you! In this 13 week program, you will receive certified coaching, group support and encouragement, as well as clinics from experts on topics such as fueling, hydration dressing for weather and more. The group workouts will start at 30 minutes on the trail.
GOAL RACE: Fontandango Dam 10 mile Race tentative date March 1.
Group runs will be Thursdays 6PM at Fleet Feet and Saturdays 8:30 AM- most Saturday runs will be at Paris Mtn State Park.
Registration Deadline: Monday, December 9th, 2020
First email: Tuesday, December 10th, 2020
First group run Saturday, December 14th at 8:30am from Paris Mountain.
