WELCOME TO THE MARATHON TRAINING GROUP
This program is designed for runners of all paces looking to run their ﬁrst marathon or to train for a personal best!
Throughout this 15 week training program, participants receive attention from a certified coach, a weekly plan with planned routes and training tips, group support and encouragement, and clinics from experts. 10 miles and should feel pretty comfortable to begin marathon training. It highly recommended that you have completed a half marathon before this group begins.
