Are you interested in tackling that bucket list Half Marathon?! Or maybe you’re looking to get a little faster on your next distance race? If you’re interested in any of the above, join us for our upcoming Fall 2026 Half Marathon Training Program! The Half Marathon Training Program is a 12 week program which meets 2 times a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. It is strongly recommended, due to the 12 week duration of this program, that participants enter the program with an established base of atleast 5 miles. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This season's goal race will be the Spinx Run Fest 2026.
● Start Date:August 4th 2026, 6pm
● Meeting days/times: Tuesdays at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 8:00am at various locations.
● Goal Race/Date: Spinx Run Fest Half Marathon 2026
● Cost: $$110 before July 12th (early bird), $120 after early bird price
● Information Session: Sunday, August 1st, 4 pm @ Fleet Feet Greenville, SC

Get ready to meet your newest coach, Helen Cox! This season marks Helen’s coaching debut, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board. Over the past few seasons, she’s been a familiar face alongside our training groups—running, encouraging, and mentoring participants every step of the way.
Helen brings great energy, firsthand experience, and a passion for helping runners grow in confidence as they take on the half marathon distance. She’s ready to motivate, support, and celebrate every milestone with you this season!
