Ready to take the next step in your training? Hoping to find a group of like-minded individuals committed to crushing personal bests? Run with us, and enjoy the feeling of ripping down the home stretch past all the competition.
We'll jog to the GHS track, run dynamic stretch drills, and then target specific track workouts designed to take your fitness to the highest of levels.
After our sessions, we will wind down with drinks and food at Gather GVL! *optional
Extra parking available at Paramount Baptist Church next to Fleet Feet Greenville.

Every Tuesday at 5:45 PM
WHERE:
We start at Fleet Feet Greenville (635 Augusta St.) and jog to the Greenville High School Track as our warm-up.
WHAT:
A free weekly track workout coached by Elite Runner, Avery Martin. Open to all ages and levels.
