How a Fitting Works
You don’t need an appointment, you don’t need to be a runner, and outfitting is always free. Here’s what happens when you come in.

Getting to know you
We listen carefully to your needs, take any aches and pains into account, and talk through how your current shoes have been working.

The fit id® Outfitting Process
We scan both feet with fit id, our 3D foot scanner, which takes 12 measurements to assess your foot size and shape. Your results save to a personal fit profile, so we have them next time you come in.

Gait analysis
We watch your foot in motion. That tells us how you move and what the biomechanics of your stride are doing.

Fitting and recommendations
We bring out the shoes that should work best for you, check the fit closely and watch you run or walk in each pair. Then we talk through the options and tell you why we picked them.

The decision
This one is all you. You’re the only person who knows how they actually feel.

Ready to go
You leave knowing how the shoes should feel over the first few weeks, when to think about the next pair, and that we’re here for whatever comes next.
What the scan tells us
Your fit id scan is a lot more than a shoe size. Those measurements give us real insight into which shoes suit what you actually need, whether that’s pain relief, support for harder training or plain everyday comfort. It’s the difference between a guess and a recommendation.
