Final Surge Guide

Every Fleet Feet Greenville training program runs on Final Surge. It is where your plan lives, where you log your miles and where you stay connected to your coach and your group. If you have never used it, the walkthrough on this page will get you going in about six minutes.

What You Will Use It For

See your plan

Your workouts are laid out day by day, so you always know what is on deck and what is coming up this week.

Log your runs

Mark a workout complete and add how it went. You can connect a watch or phone app so your runs sync automatically.

Talk to your coach

Notes and comments go straight to your coach and mentors. Tell them when something feels off and they will adjust.

Keep up with your group

The group feed shows what everyone else is doing, which is a surprisingly good reason to get out the door.

You will get your invitation by email once you register for a program. Accept it, set your password and the app will be ready before your first group run.
