The ROAD RUNNERS program is ideal for the beginner or intermediate runner looking to complete the half-marathon or marathon distances or improve their time. Participants in this program benefit from our professional head coach, experienced mentors and managed group workouts on High Point's best paths. Participants have access to an extensive lineup of health care professionals and information clinics on subjects such as nutrition, hydration, gear, injury prevention, stretching techniques and more.
Participants receive a daily training plan and will meet twice a week to run together under the guidance of coach Sara Huffman. Get ready to have fun, meet new running buddies, improve your running form and reach your individual goals!

- Camaraderie. Our High Point runners are a welcoming and supportive group! Meet new running buddies and get ready to have fun!
- Two weekly group workouts. Groups runs are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm. Participants are encouraged to run together on Saturday mornings for their long run.
Come and get fit for shoes and a sports bra by one of our fit specialists before the program begins to ensure you are ready to go the first night.
