Kate Murr is more than just working to run her first 5K. Kate is the recipient of a free No Boundaries program, a special surprise giveaway she was given at this year's Go Red for Women luncheon. As a heart attack survivor, Kate knows all too well the benefits of being active and taking each step to live a healthier lifestyle. She recently won the Heart Healthy award in 2014. Her goal race is the upcoming Miles for Matthew 5K on September 12th.
We took a moment to sit down with Kate and ask her a few questions about her recent running experience.
