It's a brand new year and you have all new goals for 2022! You are more likely to achieve your goals if you train through the winter! We know it can be challenging but training in the winter is easier with friends! Our experienced coaches know how to keep things fun, get you stronger and keep you motivated. For accountability, you can't beat the enthusiasm and positive energy of this group! We can't wait to show up and train! Make your winter running/walking a celebration of your LOVE for the run! We'll be training for the Valentine's Day Run 5k, taking place Feb. 13th. Come train with us. All levels welcome. Walkers and interval runners, we are the group for you!

We've conquered the holidays and now it's time to treat yourself to a training group that keeps fitness fun! We love to run and walk and we plan to celebrate our love in various fun ways during the training group.Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran, looking for a new fitness routine or training for a fast 5k, this is the group for you. Love 2 Run will have lots of opportunities to learn more about training whether running or walking as well as exclusive shopping nights and race entry discounts. Our goal race will be the Valentine's Day Run!
- Dates: Love 2 Run starts Saturday, Jan. 8th, 2022 and ends Saturday, Feb. 13th, 2022
- Zoom Kickoff: Tuesday, Jan. 4th, 2022 at 6:00 PM
- Time: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 7:00 AM

- Cost: $55 (price increases to $65 on January 1st)
Locations and Times
Beginner Fitness meets at various locations on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 7:00 AM. Group activities usually last 60-90 minutes, depending on the distance of the run/walk.
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized attention and feedback. Training groups will have a smaller coach to athlete ratio, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.
Your 5 week training plan will provide daily assignments for running/walking, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan will gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week.
The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early morinings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.
