Enjoy a 1- 4 mile walk or run beginning and ending at a local coffee or donut shop! We meet up on the third Friday of the month at 5:30am to kick off the weekend with a fun run! Our FriYAY Run Club events will often be hosted by partners in the community or different running brands that have shoes or run products to demo on the route! Raffle prizes and FUN will be provided. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome! Registration is FREE!

Course will be clearly marked for the directionally challenged. Run will start about 5:30am. We love to meet new people and carbo load with burritos after a run.
