16 weeks of training designed to reach your goals in the half marathon or 10K distance. Challenge yourself to run farther than ever before, or to reach that goal time in the 10K or half marathon. Stay accountable with a training plan complete with daily assignments for running, walking, cross training, and recovery. Stay motivated by joining two in-person group training runs per week, led by Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches.
Two Cities Half Marathon and 10K Training

This training group is designed to help you build from your already strong running base. It will offer intense weekly workouts and diverse long run options. We will work with you to get you to your PR/ goal or help you shave time off your recent half marathon or 10K finish. If you are looking to work hard and stay motivated along with the other group members, this is the option for you!

Duration: 16 weeks, two group training runs per week
Dates: July 17 - November 7, 2021
Days and times: Tuesdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 6:00am
Zoom KICKOFF: Tuesday, July 13th at 7:00pm
We'll get you all the info you need to start training and we'll answer any questions you have at Kickoff!
You'll also have the opportunity to meet your Coaches and other participants!
Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every training run to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized coaching. Training groups will be small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach.

Your 16-week training plan will provide daily assignments for running/walking, cross training, strength work, and recovery. The plan is periodized to gradually increase overall training volume while offering opportunities for your body to build back stronger, week after week.
The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those early morinings when you just don't feel like getting out of bed, the training group will keep you accountable.

If you cancel your registration for 2CM Training BEFORE July 27, 2021, you can choose between a refund of your registration fee or a credit in the amount of your registration fee. You can apply your credit to 2022 2CM Training or another Fleet Feet Training Program.
If you cancel your registration for 2CM Training AFTER July 27, 2021, you will receive a prorated credit towards 2022 2CM Training or another Fleet Feet Training Program. Prorated credits will be calculated by subtracting the number of group training runs that have already occurred from the total number of scheduled group training runs.
If 2CM is cancelled, marathon training will continue, if it is safe to do. If you choose to cancel your registration for 2CM Training after 2CM is cancelled, you will receive a prorated credit towards 2022 2CM Training or another Fleet Feet Training Program. Prorated credits will be calculated by subtracting the number of group training runs that have already occurred from the total number of scheduled group training runs.
If it is not safe to conduct 2CM Training (i.e. the training program is cancelled at any time), you can choose between a prorated refund or a prorated credit towards 2022 2CM Training or another Fleet Feet Training Program. Prorated refunds/credits will be calculated by subtracting the number of group training runs that have already occurred from the from the total number of scheduled group training runs.
Training fee does not include any race entry fee.
Dogs, children under 18, and strollers are prohibited Fleet Feet 2CM Training group training runs.
