PT NIGHTS WITH PRO~PT 

Whether you are just getting started or have been running for years, sometimes we have issues that should be addressed by a Physical Therapist. We now offer complimentary short consultations with a PT on the third Wednesday of every month! 15 minute appointments will be available from 5-6pm in which you can address any questions or concerns you may have about your body and exercise! 

Frequently Discussed Issues 

• Common concerns about starting a walking or running routine
• Ways to safely strengthen known deficiencies
• Injury screening

Please wear clothes you are comfortable stretching/ exercising in.

In order to continue to offer this service, we need your help. Please only book an appointment if you are reasonably certain you can attend the session. If for any reason you must cancel, please do so as soon as possible but before the 48 hours prior to your session in order to offer this opportunity to someone who needs the service.

Looking for more than 15 minutes of PT consultation?

PRO~PT offers a service called PRO~Running at several locations. It's an assessment of mobility/flexibility, strength, and video assessment of running. They will provide specific stretches, exercises, feedback on running mechanics to keep runners injury free and help them reach their running potential/goals.
