Outfitter - Fox Valley - Full-time & Part-time available

We are currently looking for Outfitters (sales associates) who are passionate about running, walking, and helping people move with confidence. Outfitters are the heart of our store experience, creating meaningful connections with customers while delivering knowledgeable, personalized service. Outfitters are directly resonsible for day-to-day customer service and overall store experience in our retail setting. This includes educating customers regarding training, injury prevention, sports nutrition, and recommending appropriate products. Outfitters report directly to oure Retail Experience Manager and play a key role in delivering the Fleet Feet experience every day.

Manager of Community Programs - Fox Valley - Part-time

The Community Programs Manager is the architect and conductor of all Fleet Feet training programs and in-store experiences. You’ll build and/or roll out programs that meet people where they are, guide coaches and volunteers, and craft events that turn running into a shared adventure. The Partnership & New Business Manager builds the bridges that help Fleet Feet reach more people and create more ways to serve them.
