Program Overview
SpeedPlay is designed to make you faster, stronger, and more efficient through a variety of track workouts and running drills. You’ll gain:
- Execution Skills: Learn how to tackle unique track sessions at higher intensities
- Form & Efficiency: Strategies to maintain strong running form even under fatigue
- Race Prep: Ideal hydration and pacing strategies for faster racing
- Recovery & Maintenance: Dynamic warm-ups, cool-downs, and body care techniques
What’s Included
- Expert Coaching: Weekly drills and mechanics training by a nationally RRCA-certified coach
- Structured Track Workouts: Sessions focused on improving threshold speed and cardiovascular efficiency
- Small-Group Camaraderie: Six weeks of track fun with runners of all abilities
- Bonus Hill Workout: Optional Saturday sessions to sharpen your hill training
2026 Program Details
Kick-Off Event:
- When: Wednesday, June 10, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Where: In-store – meet the coaches and our New Balance sponsor
Weekly Workouts:
- When: Wednesdays at 6:00 AM, 6 sessions beginning June 24th
- Where: Neenah Middle School Track
Additional Saturday Workouts:
- July 11 & July 25 at 7:00 AM
