Good Form Running
GFR is a process of training intended to help you run faster, more efficiently, and injury free. With a focus on proper mechanics, GFR aims to help runners of all ages and abilities achieve these goals. GFR addresses Alignment and proper Biomechanics, providing you ways to make adjustments to your form for improvement. Our certified instructor will share tips and guide you through drills to support work work on posture, cadence, lean and footstrike. This clinic is appropriate for runner and walkers.
Clinics are approx 1-hr in length & held at Fleet Feet Sports Fox Valley, unless otherwise noted. Wear workout clothes (minimal running/walking, there will be drills to practice) and running shoes. This program is great for both beginners and veteran athletes. Space is limited to 10-12 participants per clinic. (NOTE: we require a minimum of 4 registrants to hold a clinic).
