Jump Start Your Health |
Make it a Mile is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners and walkers take the first steps toward getting healthy. This program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used as a jump-start for other fitness goals you may have.

What You Get |
- A 4-week coached and organized training program
- In-store Kick-Off Open House on Thursday, August 4, 5:00 - 6:00PM (3404 W College, in Appleton)
- First group workout is Tuesday, August 9
- Two group meet-ups per week from the Ogden YMCA in Neenah
- Tuesday @ 6:30AM
- Thursday @ 6:30AM
- Weekly newsletters with motivational and educational content, special offers & more
- Consistent training format, making time for a warm-up and cool-down each time
- Tuesday morning workouts also begin with a 5 – 10-minute educational session followed by our prescribed workout
- Thursday morning sessions begin with a 10-minute strength training session to support joint health and injury-free movement
- Access to our Fleet Feet Running Club Facebook Group
- Access to the Running Club Coordinator, head coach & mentors and extended Fleet Feet Team. We are here for you!

COST | $25 until 7/31 | $30 on or after 8/1
