As walkers and runners, we sometimes focus so much on those movements that we spend little time considering strength training and the importance of adding this to our weekly routine. Training Program Manager Mariah will take us through a strength workout that does not have to include additional weights, just your body weight. She will educate us on the importance of adding strength training and discuss how strength training will enhance your walking and running goals. |

Foam Rolling is one way to accomplish that. Coach Cyndi will teach you the ins and outs of foam rolling starting off with how to foam roll properly and the benefits of rolling out our muscles. Winter can mean sometimes walking or running funny when our surface changes with snow and ice, find out how to help those muscles in the middle of winter. |
