What is WalkFIT?
A program that is perfect for those who aren’t runners but still want to be active and fit by walking. WalkFIT is strictly walking and perfect for the beginner exerciser to the advanced walker. WalkFIT helps participants take the first steps to a healthy lifestyle.
Who should join WalkFIT?
WalkFIT helps you take the first steps towards a healthy lifestyle. WalkFIT is an excellent choice if you are currently inactive and want to improve your fitness level and overall health. You will meet wonderful fitness friends and enjoy working out in a supportive and motivational environment. At Fleet Feet Fort Mill we are passionate about helping you get fit, and walking is an excellent low impact activity to do that

Information Meetings: Tuesday, April 19 @ 6:30PM at Fleet Feet Fort Mill
AND/OR Saturday April 23 @ 9:30 AM at Fleet Feet Fort Mill
*Minimum of 12 participants
When are the Group Training Sessions? Every Tuesday Night 6:30pm & Saturday Morning 7:30am
When is the first Group Run? Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 6:30PM at Fleet Feet Sports Fort Mill
When is Gear Night? Registered participants can join us for Gear Night Savings on Tuesday, April 26!
Where do we meet? All practices will meet at Fleet Feet Fort Mill unless otherwise announced
Pre-Registration - March 26 until April 9 -$65
Registration price after April 9- $75
As part of Walk FIT, participants will receive the following:
- A 10 week training program and calendar with workouts provided to you.
- Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
- 2 Group training sessions during the week.
- Information clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition.
- Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
- GEAR Night SAVINGS!
- The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
