Our Fleet Feet Running Club Fort Mill 10K (6.2 miles) group is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. There will be occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition. Choose to Run In-Person or Virtually this Fall 2020!

Where/When is the end-of-season Goal Race?There is no required goal race for this Fall 2020 session. During this unique time of COVID-19, many races have been cancelled or have become virtual. This program is designed to get you and your friends and family prepared to participate in any of the Thanksgiving Weekend races you may be planning on attending! Or, you may choose to train for the PALMETTO PEACH HALF MARATHON 10K, 5K races in North Augusta, SC, hosted by our friends at Fleet Feet Augusta! I am still a little nervous about running with a group right now. Do I have any training options with FFRC?
YES! You may choose to train virtually or in-person with the same coaches, guidance, and education.
When are the Group Run Days?
Every Tuesday Night @ 6:00 / 6:15 / 6:30 pm & Every Saturday Morning @ 7:00 / 7:15 / 7:30 am (staggered group start times.)
**Virtual Trainees will also be expected to run their workouts on these days.

When is Gear Up WEEK?
All registered athletes can join us in-store for a full week of savings to get you geared up with all you need for your fall training, during the week of:

Where do we meet?
All in-person practices will meet at Fleet Feet Fort Mill and in the nearby area, unless otherwise announced.
SOme small groups may meet at locations nearby the FLeet Feet Fort Mill store on ocassion.
How much does it cost?
Regular Registration: $75
Program Registration does not include race registration.
PLEASE NOTE: 10k registrations will be capped at 24 athletes for Fall 2020.
Training Long Runs will begin at 3 Miles. We highly recommend participants have experience in and feel comfortable running this distance before joining this 10k program. 5k race experience is also recommended.
