Join us for our NEW "Use It or Lose It" Training Program!
This program is designed for folks who don't necessarily have a goal race set but want to begin to establish a baseline or maintain the fitness they've built up. We don't know when races will be officially up and running, but we can be prepared!
Our workouts will be time based, so there is no pressure to meet any certain distance. Go at your own pace; the workout is yours!
- Training Dates: April 7th to May 22nd (7 weeks)
- Wednesdays @ 6pm
- Saturdays @ 8am
- Locations will vary; local to Folsom/Roseville
- Additional programming for non-coached workouts
- Weekly newsletter
- Education on form, strength, and stretching
