Ready to hit the trails this Summer? Join our Trail Training Program designed for all levels—whether you're new to trail running or looking to take on a bigger challenge. With expert coaching, a supportive community, and beautiful local trails, this is your chance to start or elevate your trail running journey.

Program Details
Training Dates: May 10 to July 26
Weekly Workouts:
Sundays at 7:30 AM (Endurance focus)
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM (Intensity focus: intervals, hills, tempo)
Thursdays at 6:00 PM (All Programs - Strength Training for Runners)
Location: Folsom, Granite Bay and Auburn areas
Goal Races
None - Building up for Fall Training!
Flexible Training Plan:
Weekly distance-based workouts help you build gradually and consistently. You'll also receive at-home workouts to stay on track if you miss a session.
Support & Education
Our coaches and guest experts will provide guidance on warm-ups, mobility, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, race prep, and more—via weekly emails and in-person sessions.
Community Atmosphere
Train with a supportive group, stay motivated, and connect through our private Strava group for ongoing encouragement and accountability.
Program Cost:
$130
No refunds, transfers, or exchanges.
Minimum Fitness Level
Able to run or run/walk 3 miles, 3 times per week.
Safety Notice:
