Winter 2021 Obstacle Course Race Training
Fleet Feet Folsom/Roseville and Anywhere Fit Folsom have partnered up to bring you a unique and exciting opportunity! Our Obstacle Course Training Program consists of running, skill practice, and functional conditioning. We will train you to run and complete obstacles with skill, efficiency, and confidence.
The goal race for our Winter program will be the Spartan San Luis Obispo Super or Beast (weekend of April 10th).
Keeping Up the Motivation: With all of the current uncertainty, the official events may get cancelled. However, that doesn't mean we can't have our own! - Once restrictions are lowered, we will keep adequate distance while indoors
- During workouts, we will avoid congested areas and remain more than 6ft apart from each other
- Participants will run single file on the bike trail to adhere to distancing guidelines

- Refrain from hugs, high fives, fist bumps, etc.
- You may wear a mask before or after the workout if it makes you more comfortable, but it will not be required due to distancing outdoors
