Group Training Atmosphere
Enjoy the safety, accountability, information, and motivation that come from a coached group workout environment. We also have a private group Facebook page for you to share, communicate, and get motivation from your fellow athletes.
Each week, we will learn or revisit specific skills. Some will be functional movements that build a foundation of fitness and some are obstacle specific. As we move through the weeks, we will include more of the skills learned along the way in order to practice and hone them. The programming will also include on-you-own run workouts that will build to the race distance.
The goal race for our Fall program will be the Spartan Sacramento Super (10k) & Sprint (5k), the weekend of November 13th.
