Interested in running your first half marathon? Our FREE two part Half Marathon Training Seminar Series will help guide you through the training and help shorten the half marathon learning curve. A free and detailed 9 week program including coach access will be provided and thoroughly explained. Our coaching staff will be available for questions and any discussions regarding your training and needs. The goal is to help you run your first half marathon with success and be a reliable resource for your half marathon training and racing needs and goals!

- September TBD @ 6:30PM -our nutrition expert, USATF/RRCA coach and elite ultra runner Amy Phillips will explain nutritional needs for running longer distances.
