Yes, both locations are OPEN and any instore service is by appointment only at this time.
What services are you offering?
We are offering curbside pickups, over the phone payments, virtual fits and in-store fittings at both locations.

How can I place a curbside pickup?
You can schedule a curbside pickup by heading over to FleetFeet.com and checking live inventory. Search for the item you want, select your sizing, and if the item is available, you will see a “Buy and Pickup’ option. When you head to checkout, you’ll see if the item is available and at which location. Once you proceed with your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready!
You can also give us a call to place your curbside pickup. We will take payment over the phone and place the shoes on hold for you!
What do I do when I show up for my pickup?
Please give us a call when you are parked out front so we can meet you to bring out your order.
Are you accepting returns?
Yes - both locations are accepting returns. We are hopeful that if you are experiencing problems with your items, that we can assist you further and help find the right fit for you.
What are your current store hours?
What can I expect when I go into Fleet Feet Folsom/Roseville for my in-store fitting?
We will check you in for your scheduled time and head to a designated fit station. To eliminate physical contact with our customers, we will take you through our normal fittings but will not be assisting you with lacing up the shoes. Our fit specialists will wear masks and we are requiring our customers to wear masks as well. We are practicing social distance procedures and markers.
Are employees wearing masks?
Yes - our employees are wearing masks for in-store fittings and for contactless pick-ups.
