Join Other Moms to Get Back into the Groove!
If you have been looking for a group of women to help keep you driven and consistent in your workouts, look no further than We FIT Moms. Led by Karen Kalan, a dedicated mom and athlete, these moms in motion meet every Monday evening from 6:30-7:30pm in our Encino location. The next session will be beginning this September with the spring season kickoff on Saturday, April 14th from 10-11:30am so hurry and sign up! Karen Kalan joined We FIT Moms in 2012 and began leading the Encino team at that time while also assisting with the Griffith park team. She is a mother of two and has been a competitive athlete for over 20 years now. Her running resume includes 6 marathons, 10 half-marathons, and 8 triathlons.
