Fleet Feet Delray Beach's Running Club is here to help you stay motivated, keep active and reach new goals. Let us help you reach the finish line of your next half marathon! Enjoy the company of other runners and walkers, great coaches and mentors and special perks.

All levels of runners and run/walkers are welcome. Our dedicated team will be there with you every step of the way, regardless of your pace. We will be training for the Garden of Life Palm Beaches Half Marathon on December 10, 2023. Join us for this 12-week program and we'll cross the finish line together!

It is strongly suggested that registered athletes feel comfortable running or run/walking at least 3 miles before starting this program. 

The who/when/where

Who: A dedicated team including Fleet Feet Delray Beach Run Club Coach Ursula Rafer will be leading this program
When: The group will meet Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 6:30 a.m. starting September 20, 2023
Where: Fleet Feet Delray Beach (unless otherwise announced)

As part of Fleet Feet Running Club, half marathon participants will receive the following:

• A 12-week training schedule
• Two group training sessions per week
• Dedicated support and individual attention from your coach and mentors
• Informational clinics on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition and more
• Advice from local medical professionals
• Accountability for your participation from your coach, mentors and teammates
• The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal
• Gear Up Day discounts

Do you love running? How about encouraging other people and helping them reach their goals? Then join us as a Fleet Feet Run Club Mentor!

Mentors play an important role in ensuring a great experience for our training program participants. They are an invaluable resource to our runners and walkers and are an "on the road" representative of Fleet Feet Delray Beach.
