Keeping Your Training on Track


As we begin a new school year and say good-bye to another fantastic South Florida summer, we know it is difficult to get back into a routine. And even when you do begin to set that routine, it is incredibly even more difficult to keep your routine and training on track. There are some great ideas to help you stay on track, such as rewarding yourself, whether that be once a week or once a month, or getting some friends together to keep yourself accounted for. There are so many other great tips and ideas to help you stay on track as we progress toward racing season. We offer weekly fun runs on Mondays at 6:30pm, Hill Repeats & Core Strength workouts on Thursdays at 6:30pm, and we are offering our next No Boundaries 5K Training Program starting September 8th (For more information, click here).
