FULL MARATHON TRAINING
You can do 26.2! This Full Marathon Training Program is a 20-week program designed to prepare experienced runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned marathoners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, and some cool swag. We will also provide information on nutrition and cross-training workshops to keep you feeling strong through the long runs.

Join our 20 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM to gear you up for Chicago Marathon and/or Indy Monumental Marathon. This great group will keep you on top of moving and on top of your miles throughout your training.
Chicago Marathon Training- pre race 16 week training and post race 4 week recovery training
Indy Monumental Training- pre race 20 week training
Program dates: JUNE 22nd-NOVEMBER 6th
Training Runs: Tuesdays 5:30 and Saturdays 6:00 am
