What is No Boundaries II?
No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries. Participants will train for a 5K race, but this time, learning to run proper pace and with proper form all while working to cross the finish line faster and increasing their knowledge (and love!) of running. This program is a great way to move repeat participants out of No Boundaries. This creates more room for new No Boundaries participants, so No Boundaries remains the true beginner program it was designed to be, and repeat participants can advance their running and walking skills.
