Tens of thousands of people challenge themselves every year to complete the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is challenging and yet achievable. Our program targets runners and run/walkers. We have an exceptional coaching staff to lead you in your training. Pace groups, speed work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run/walk 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances.
You can do 13.1! This Half Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program designed to prepare experienced runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned half marathoners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, and some cool swag. We will also provide information on nutrition cross-training workshops to keep you feeling strong through the long runs.
