1/2 Marathon TP: Looking to run your first half-marathon or are you day dreaming about that PR? Well this training program is for you! We will be meeting three times a week as a group Monday evenings at Riley Track at 5:30pm for a speed workout, Thursday mornings at Picnic Park 6am for an easy run, and Saturday mornings at 7am at Drake Field for a long run. And do not worry all your other runs/cross training will be planned out throughout the 13 weeks, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Beginning 11.18.24 and ending 2.23.25 (goal race Publix Atlanta Full & Half Marathon) In total, 13 weeks of training to accommodate for the holidays.
