Come spend five weeks with us this summer, meeting twice a week, to get faster for all those fall races you have planned. On Tuesdays we will be meeting at Cheney Track for a speed session (time is TBA) and on Saturdays we will be meeting at 8am (at various trails) for an easy paced trail run. If you are looking to get faster this summer, come learn more at one of our information sessions: Thursday, June 20th at 6:30pm or Tuesday, July 2nd at 6:30 pm. We will have more information about all the extra goodies & deals you'll get along with the Training Program.
