Description: You've run 5K's and 10K's before, but now you want to turn up the speed. This is the training crew for you! Supplement your summer workouts with speed training from Fleet Feet Decatur. Join us once a week for varied workouts all aimed at making you faster. Training will include hill workouts, plyometrics, strides, and speedbuilders. This is NOT a training group for beginning runners. Participants MUST be able to complete a 10K distance.
