The 10K training program will be geared towards those who plan on running a 10K near the first week of July!
Dates: April 15th-July 4th
Length: 12 weeks long
When & Where do we meet: Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm at the store for an easy run, Fridays at 6:00am at the store for a speed workout & Sundays at 7am at the store (and other varied locations) for a long run. The cost for this 12-week training program is $100.
If interested in this training programs come to one of our information sessions hosted on: Tuesday, March 5th at 6:30pm or Tuesday, March 26th at 6:30pm. We will have more information about all the extra goodies & deals you'll get along with the Training Program. And if you still aren't sure after an info session, come join us for an introduction run on April 10th at 6pm meeting at the store!
