Get Faster 5k will average 20 miles per week with two speed workouts each week. This program is intended for someone who is already running two or more times per week and wanting to improve their speed at the 5k distance.
Run/Walk 5k will build up in minutes of run vs. walk time over the course of 8 weeks with two focused effort workouts, one long walk day to build endurance, cross training and rest days built in to the weekly program. This program is intended for someone hoping to complete their first or first in awhile 5k.
