Spend 8 weeks getting ready for the TBK Bank Quad Cities Marathon 5k! This program will run from August 4th-September 27th. Certified coaches and training experts will take all participants through a training schedule en route to accomplishing individual walk, running or racing goals over the 5k distance. We will meet twice weekly, 6pm on Tuesday evenings and 7am on Saturday mornings. This program is intended for someone who is wanting to complete their first or first in awhile 5k. The program will build on run vs. walking minutes over the course of 8 weeks with two focused workouts, one long walk to build endurance and rest & cross training days built in to each week.
