Spend 8 weeks getting ready for the TBK Bank Quad City Marathon 5k! This will run from July 30th-September 22nd. Certified coaches and training experts will take all participants through a training schedule en route to accomplishing individual walk, running or racing goals over the 5k distance. We will meet twice weekly, 6pm on Tuesday evenings and 7am on Saturday mornings. While this program is more beginner or coming back to running/walking oriented, all are welcome! There are two plans offered: one that is run-walk that will increase walking minutes into running minutes throughout the program and one that is walking that will increase in distance over the course of the program.
Registration includes: Daily programming for 8 Weeks. Two weekly meetups with coaches, mentors and fellow participants.
