Whether this is your first longer distance race, or you want to improve there is a place for you! Our group of supportive mentors and certified coaches will be with you every step of the way to ensure your success in either distance! We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. Experience the benefits of training with others with similar goals as well as enjoy special in store deals for participants. The program will begin on June 22nd and lead up to the TBK Bank Quad Cities Half and Full Marathon on September 26th. Participants will feel most comfortable if they are able to complete 3 or more miles of running and/or walking before beginning the program.
Registration includes: Daily programming for 14 weeks. Two weekly meetups with coaches, mentors and fellow participants.
